The street is parallel to Bd. Nicolae Caranfil and Șoseaua Nordului at a 5-minute walk from Bordei Park & Herăstrău Park, a Mega Image supermarket, a café (with specialty coffee), and many restaurants.

The apartment is unfurnished, so it is suitable for those who want to decorate the space according to their taste and personality.
